1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to the website. All such guidelines and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

Devilbend Golf Club is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988. The Act contains 10 National Privacy Principles that set standards for the handling of personal information. The Club is committed to privacy and safeguarding member, visitor, and staff personal information.

Any personal information provided by you to the Club (such as name, address, date of birth, and contact details) will be protected. The Club does not disclose your personal information to any other organisation or person unless required by law. The Club may disclose personal information to relevant authorities if it reasonably believes there is a threat to an individual’s life, health, or safety, or public health or safety. If the Club suspects unlawful activity, personal information may be used or disclosed as part of any investigation and reporting to relevant authorities.

The Club may disclose your information to third parties that provide services under contract to the Club. These contracts require the third party to keep your personal information confidential and secure. Your personal information may be used by the Club for marketing purposes to improve services and to provide information about services, promotions, or events. If you do not wish to receive marketing materials, the Club will remove your name from mailing lists upon request.

You have a right to access and correct any personal information the Club holds about you. No fee will be charged for this service.

For your convenience, Devilbend Golf Club may provide links to other websites. If you visit these sites, you do so at your own risk. The Club makes no warranty or representation regarding linked sites, their content, or services. Links do not imply that Devilbend Golf Club endorses or is affiliated with any linked site.

7. Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be issued after payment has been made for green fees unless the course is closed under the Club’s Extreme Weather Policy or deemed unplayable.

Individuals seeking a credit must provide the Club with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, either by phone or email.

8. Private Cart Policy
Private carts, including both single and double-seaters, may not be brought onto the course without prior permission from the Club Manager. A cart usage fee applies to all approved private carts.

9. Tee Time Policy
Players are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time.

As the starter, Devilbend Golf Club reserves the right to adjust tee times to maintain course flow and efficiency. Tee times will not be changed by more than 8 minutes earlier or 16 minutes later than the originally booked time.
