See Notice Board for any temporary Local Rules<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Out of Bounds<\/strong> is defined by the line between the course-side points at ground level of white stakes or fence posts with black tops<\/p>\n\n\n\n Immoveable Obstructions. <\/strong>The following are immoveable obstructions and relief under Rule 16.1 a or 16.1b may be obtained:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rule 16.1b applies to immoveable objects in the general area close to putting greens. In addition to the types of interference described in Rule 16.1a, interference also exists if an immoveable obstruction is: on the player\u2019s line of play, and is within 2 club-lengths of the putting green, and is within 2 club-lengths of the ball. (Exception \u2013 There is no relief under this Local Rule if the player chooses a line of play that is clearly unreasonable.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Staked trees, staked shrubs<\/strong> (including the stake and the wrapping) and Garden Beds<\/strong> (as identified by signs) are No Play Zones and are GUR. The player must<\/strong> take relief as provided in Rule 16.1a or 16.1b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wheel Ruts<\/strong>. Any deep ruts made by a mower, tractor or motor vehicle may be treated as GUR<\/p>\n\n\n\n Stakes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n White with black tops \u2013 OOB Ground Staff <\/strong>have right of way<\/p>\n\n\n\n Washaways in Bunkers<\/strong>. Areas in bunkers where sand has been removed by the movement of water resulting in deep furrows through the sand are ground under repair. Relief may be taken as provided in Rule 16.1c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
